Neuromuscular Junction Simulation is an interactive learning and exploration tool that models how motor neurons communicate with skeletal muscle fibers. It walks users through each step of synaptic transmission—from presynaptic action potential and calcium influx to acetylcholine release, receptor activation, end-plate potentials, and excitation–contraction coupling—so you can visualize how microscopic events produce macroscopic muscle responses.
